Track your order
You do not need an account to track an order. Enter the order number from your confirmation email and the email address you used at checkout, and we will show you the current status.
Where to find your order number
Your order number is in the subject line and the body of the confirmation email we sent when you placed the order — it looks like #1234. If you cannot find that email, check your spam folder.
Every email we send about your order also contains a direct link to that order’s detail page. That link works without logging in and does not expire, so it is the quickest way back to your order.
Delivery times
We dispatch from our factory in Shenzhen, China. Orders usually leave us within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 10–15 days after dispatch. Shipping is free. Customs clearance can occasionally add time.
If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email Info@akai-light.com with your order number and we will investigate.
