These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms.

Our products
We manufacture and sell automotive LED bulbs and related lighting parts. We describe our products as accurately as we can, including socket type, voltage, colour temperature and LED quantity. Product images are for illustration; small differences in appearance between production batches do not affect the specification or the fit.
Prices and currency
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and, unless stated otherwise, include the product only. Shipping is free to the destinations we serve. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges levied in your country are your responsibility as the importer; we do not collect them and cannot predict their amount.
Placing an order
When you submit an order you are making an offer to buy. The order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when we send you the order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example if a product is out of stock — we will tell you and refund you in full.
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting. We ship to the address you give us; we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.
Payment
Payment is handled by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account, or directly with a debit or credit card on our checkout page without needing a PayPal account. Payment is taken when you place the order. We never see or store your card number.
Shipping and delivery
- Goods are dispatched from our factory in Shenzhen, China.
- Shipping is free to the destinations offered at checkout.
- Delivery typically takes 10–15 days from dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — customs clearance and local postal handling can add time.
- We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of payment. You will receive tracking information by email where the carrier provides it.
- If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate and, where the parcel is confirmed lost, replace or refund it.
Fitment — please check before ordering
Automotive bulbs are sold by socket type (for example BA9s, festoon, 1156, T10). It is your responsibility to confirm that the socket type and voltage of the product you order match your vehicle. The socket number is normally printed on the old bulb or listed in your vehicle handbook. If you are unsure, message us with your vehicle model and we will confirm the correct part before you order. Bulbs ordered in the wrong socket type can be returned under our returns policy below.
Returns, refunds and warranty
We offer a 30-day return and refund policy and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The full details — including who pays return postage and how to start a return — are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Our liability to you
We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as the cost of having the part fitted elsewhere.
LED replacement bulbs are not approved as road-legal lighting unless we state otherwise. Check your local regulations before fitting aftermarket bulbs to lights that are subject to type approval.
Content and trade marks
The text, product photography, engineering drawings and layout on this website belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Vehicle and brand names are used only to describe the socket type or application; they are the property of their respective owners and do not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those manufacturers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and the courts of Shenzhen have jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have as a consumer under the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
